• Not an especially good day to be Nestor Cortes. But it is a great day to be facing Nestor in fantasy this week, which I am! Suck it, Grant!

• The Yankees would go on to hit nine homeruns yesterday against the Brewers, and there may have been something other than Brewer pitching to blame.
• Devers really said, “if you take me off the field, I shall become a worse hitter than you could possibly imagine.”

• Superstar José Ramírez suffered a mild wrist sprain on a headfirst slide yesterday, Guardians manager has said that Ramírez is day-to-day but isn’t expected to miss more than a couple games.
• The Boston Red Sox are reportedly nearing terms on a contract extension with star prospect Kristian Campbell.
• This PCA character might be a pretty good defender.

• Far be it from me to give Astros anything credit (I haven’t forgotten the way you all crucified me for referring to Dusty Baker as a legend a while back) but this is excellent work by Orbit.
