Good morning, and happy International Signing Day! A number of teenagers — and maybe one 23-year-old — across the globe will be signing their first deals with MLB clubs. Let’s get you caught up on that and more.

Around the league…
- Sasaki will have his second meeting with the Dodgers, which will reportedly be attended by several of Los Angeles’ top players.
- Teilon Serrano becomes the third international prospect to release his verbal commitment with the Dodgers in the days before Sasaki’s announcement.
Dominican INF Teilon Serrano, who was set to sign with the Dodgers in the upcoming 2024-25 international signing period, withdrew from his agreement and is back on the market, per sources.
Serrano will now look to sign with a new MLB organization.

- Baseball Prospectus unveiled its top 101 prospects for the 2025 season. The list was comparatively bearish on M’s prospects, but did include one Mariner farmhand I had not yet seen in top 100 lists. ($)
- Early reports indicate that former Orioles left-hander Brian Matusz likely died from a drug overdose.
Anders’ picks…
- The kids today will also never know what this feels like, Scott, but we thank you for your service.
