A radio-only Monday affair
The Cactus League marches on, and we are firmly in the dog days given who is on the bump for the Mariners to start today’s game against the Brewers.
Yep, that is one Casey Lawrence on the hill. But hey, we’re also treated to Colt Emerson – who smoked two balls yesterday, one for a double – starting at shortstop, and Jorge Polanco gets his second start at the hot corner. As for who’s following Lawrence? Who knows! Maybe it’s you!
The Brewers will be running out something pretty close to their regular lineup, and Tobias Myers will start on the bump. Following Myers, expect to see Deivi García, Logan Henderson, and former Mariner Vinny Nittoli.
