After all of the highs and lows that they enjoyed together from 2012 to 2021, Russell Wilson decided to give his former head coach Pete Carroll a surprise.
Yesterday Wilson took to X and shared a photo that he was part of with Carroll and other former members of the Seattle Seahawks. According to Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times, Wilson flew from his home in San Diego in order to meet Carroll and the others at the special event last night.
“My understanding is Russell Wilson flew up from his off-season home in the San Diego area to make something of a surprise appearance at this last night,” Condotta wrote.
Seahawks fans absolutely loved seeing Wilson and Carroll reunite one last time despite the separation they had two years ago.

“And this is awesome, RW knows that Carroll helped to make him a NFL star and Super Bowl winner,” one user replied.
“Legendary stuff,” wrote another.
“This rocks, idc, idc,” a third wrote.
Wilson and Carroll combined to win over 100 games in their 10 years together, reaching two Super Bowls and winning it all in the 2013 season.
Are they the best QB-head coach duo of the 2010s?
