Unsurprisingly, Brennan and Nate Carroll are among the ex-Seahawks joining Pete in Las Vegas.
Pete Carroll didn’t go too heavy on former Seattle Seahawks for his first Las Vegas Raiders coaching staff.
The headline names in terms of being familiar and familial are Nate and Brennan Carroll. Nate Carroll was recently let go by the Carolina Panthers after one season as the passing game coordinator. He’ll be the assistant quarterbacks coach serving under fellow ex-Seahawks assistant Greg Olson. Brennan Carroll will be the offensive line coach and run game coordinator, having previously been with the University of Washington as the offensive coordinator and OL coach.
There are a total of seven ex-Seahawks who have joined Carroll in Vegas, including someone who’s making his coaching debut. Retired offensive lineman Kyle Fuller, who started 10 games for the Seahawks over three seasons, is now an offensive quality control coach.
