Will the star edge player return to a skyrocketing Seattle defense for the playoff race?
Early Monday afternoon, Seattle Seahawks pass rusher Uchenna Nwosu did the cryptic tweet thing.
Perfect Timing.

While highly speculative, it would be just the thing to tweet following two surprise Seattle Seahawks victories that catapulted the team into first in the NFC West.
Nwosu, after all, has been eligible to return from injured reserve since Week 11. He avoided a stint on IR with an MCL sprain in preseason, but he wasn’t as fortunate when he hurt his thigh against the New York Giants.
Sidelined since Week 5, for a second consecutive season the Seattle defense suffered mightily without its most-established edge rusher. This time, however, the team was able to right the ship and stop the run, something they were unable to do last year.
Next up would be for the Seahawks to open the 21-day practice window for Nwosu to return from the IR. That would be expected sooner than later if it were to be this week, as the team will be heading out to New York before the weekend to face the scuffling New York Jets.
With two more divisional games and some tough tests in the Green Bay Packers and Minnesota Vikings ahead, a return would indeed be “perfect timing.”
