Several current and former Seahawks will participate in the annual All-Star game.
We’re a week away from the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles squaring off in Super Bowl LIX in New Orleans. In the meantime, we’ve got the Pro Bowl Games in Orlando for this penultimate Sunday of the 2024 NFL season.
The Seattle Seahawks are represented in this year’s competition, with three current players and two legendary former players in Russell Wilson and Bobby Wagner. As is customary under the new era of the Pro Bowl, the actual game of tackle football has been replaced with a flag football competition.
Here’s the skinny on the 2025 Pro Bowl:
What time is the Pro Bowl?
The Pro Bowl begins live on ESPN and ABC at 3 PM ET/noon PT from Orlando on February 2. The conclusion of the Skills Competition is also on here. If you missed Thursday’s action, Jaxon Smith-Njigba knows how to run relays.

How can I watch?
You flick on ABC or ESPN on your cable/satellite subscription or streaming service (Hulu, Fubo, Sling, YouTube TV, etc). You can also watch on ESPN+. If you’ve got an antenna I know you can get ABC unless you live in the wilderness. There are so many ways you can watch the Pro Bowl it should be illegal.
Rule of Pro Bowl Games flag football
The NFL never published the official game rules for 2025, but if it’s anything like 2024 (per Bleacher Report), then you can expect this:
There is one game, with 7-on-7 rules, played on a 50-yard field.
12 minute quarters with a two-minute warning at the end of each half.
Drives begin at their own five-yard line. Each team has four downs to reach midfield for a first down and four more to find the end zone.
Touchdowns are still valued at six points. Teams have the opportunity to compete for one or two extra points by scoring from the five or 10 yard line, respectively.
Current Seahawks in the 2025 Pro Bowl
Leonard Williams – Defensive Lineman
Jaxon Smith-Njigba – Wide Receiver
Devon Witherspoon – Cornerback
Former Seahawks in the 2025 Pro Bowl
Russell Wilson – Quarterback (Pittsburgh Steelers)
Bobby Wagner – Linebacker (Washington Commanders)
There are literally no former Seahawks on either active roster for the Super Bowl, so this is your last chance to see Seahawks players do anything until next season. Enjoy!
