Here we go!
Good afternoon, Coug fans!
On Leap Day this year, your Washington State Football team made excellent work of the extra day by announcing their 2024 Football season schedule. We’ll play teams we’ve faced off against before, and for a few it’s either a first time matchup, or the first game in a very long time.
Fans were still left with questions about what time exactly, and where to watch this prolific new schedule. Now? We have some answers.
On March 15th, we got more information about the streaming deal reached by Washington State and Oregon State, where they’ll partner with The CW and Fox to air most games. You can read more about that here.
On May 14th, the early kickoff times were announced:

Right off the bat, something that should amuse you if you’re a sicko and a hater like me? The Apple Cup is at 12:30pm, and you can watch on Peacock! To me, this gives the sensation of that post-breakup moment where neither of you really care enough to return the old ratty shirts you left at each others apartments, or the half full bottles of shampoo, so you both just toss the memories in the garbage and silently move on, despite being in the same friend group. Yes, I’ll be nice to you. I’ll play you in the silly little game for the next five years because I have to, but the whole time we’re both hoping we fade into the blissful “apathetic strangers who live in the same apartment complex” dynamic. But also, whenever I hear of any sort of failure on your end, it will bring me a tiny bit of joy.
For now, Boise State, Fresno State, and New Mexico are all still listed as TBD. We should learn more about when those games will be played this summer!
So… how are we feeling about the kick off times? Excited? Bummed? Amused that the Un*versity of W*shington has to play a game on a network they deemed “beneath” them, even though they probably wouldn’t have to if they hadn’t set our conference on fire and then laughed as the flames danced across their dark, black, soulless eyes? Me too!
But in all seriousness I want to hear your thoughts!
Go Cougs.
