The assists leader in college basketball at 9.8 per game is in the running for one of the most coveted individual honors. Ryan Nembhard is also being nominated for the Bob Cousy Award which is given to the best point guard in the nation.
Nembhard now owns the top two single-season assists records in Gonzaga program history (246 and counting in 2024-25, 243 in 2023-24). His 4.39 assist-to-turnover ratio this season is currently second in the country. The 6’0 guard has put together 10 double-doubles as well which is tied for the 14th most in all of college basketball.
