The 6’5 combo guard has played 101 games in his career with Butler, Temple and Arkansas. During his college career, he’s shown off his versatility as a scoring threat while amassing 1,343 points.
Last season with the Razorbacks, Battle averaged 14.8 PPG on shooting splits of 40.6 FG%/35.3 3PT%/87.3 FT% and is expected to be the sixth man for the Zags in this upcoming season. Along with Ryan Nembhard and Nolan Hickman, Gonzaga’s backcourt should be one of the most talented in the nation.
Roc Nation Sports, a sub-division of Roc Nation, launched in the spring of 2013. Founder Shawn “Jay-Z” Carter’s love of sports led to the formation of this group. The group focuses on elevating athletes’ careers on a global scale through marketing and endorsement deals, community outreach, charitable tie-ins, media relations, and brand strategy.
Their roster includes premiere athletes such as LaMelo Ball, Robinson Cano, Skylar Diggins-Smith, Kevin De Bruyne, Rashod Bateman, Dez Bryant, Danny Green, Rudy Gay, Todd Gurley, Jaire Alexander and Ronnie Stanley to name just a few.
