The Tigers have claimed right-hander Ty Adcock off waivers from the Mariners, per announcements from both clubs. The Tigers had an open 40-man roster spot and won’t need to make a corresponding move. The righty has been optioned to Triple-A Toledo. Adcock, 27, was drafted by the Mariners in 2019 but hasn’t been able to pitch too much since then.
